Dreams - Sittingbourne

I just went into the shop to have a look because I have recently just purchased a flat. I had been too quite a few other shops as well. But the customer service from Darren was exceptional. He showed me everything that I wanted to see. Also I just went in their to have a look and ended up coming out with a sofa and a bed. So the visit was very satisfactory. The reason for this was because the staff was very helpful. Also the pricing was very good, compared to other shops. It worked out a lot cheaper and the quality of product was a lot better.

The staff are always friendly in this store in Sittingbourne, you can take as much time and never feel rushed. On the first visit James talked through the options of the two beds showed interest in. When returned to the store Zoe was very helpful and spent a lot of time with us. Made us feel very at ease and was very friendly.

VERY FRIENDLY STAFF VERY HELPFULL

We were welcomed as soon as we entered the store by a very nice salesmen who made us a cup of much needed cup of tea he showed us all types of beds helping us decide we would find the firm bed best for our needs all we had to do was select the one we found best for our budget were also shown pillows and mattress covers also explained for a small fee they would take away our old bed.

I made an unplanned but necessary purchase. I only knew that I needed a bed but not what kind. Darren talked me through all of my options and his product knowlege was comprehensive.

Friendly service !! Not pushy and you were given time to think about and compare various products before making a purchase. We were late visiting the store and it should have closed within 15 minutes of our arrival but we were not hurried in any way.
