The shop was well set out and the salesman was very attentive and helpful.

Each time I visited the store the staff were extremely helpful and if I spoke to different people on each visit their advice was consistent I felt very confident once I had made a choice and placed the order

The assistant Darren was extremely helpful and helped with my order, however through no fault of his I felt that the add ons to the price were not necessary, the additional expense for you to take the old bed away was not necessary.

The sales colleague was very informative, knowledgeable and friendly. Did not put pressure on us making a purchase.

We needed a new mattress, but was unsure of which type, after talking to James he answered our question with professional and great knowledge. Showed us the type available and different firms, we weren't hassled or rushed and got offered refreshments. Was a brilliant experience within this store and the paperwork etc was completed in a professional manner. Just waiting for the delivery and would highly recommend friend to your Sittingbourne store. Darren at the Sittingbourne branch was very helpful and patient, he had good knowledge of the products and was able to inform of the differences in the beds and even helped keep our little one entertained whilst we completed the order! Very personal experience.
