Immediately greeted by your staff member Zoe, who was very friendly, helpful and understanding. I like the fact she was interested in the kind of product ( pillows ) that I was looking for instead of trying to push/talk up the most expensive item. I got exactly what I came for in a very quick and efficient manner.

All products well displayed. Staff available was not intrusive. Let me browse

The staff were helpful from when we entered the store, let us browse and then offered assistance, with tea and coffee being offered. Once we needed more help, Zoe was extremely helpful talking us through mattresses and pillows spending a lot of time with us and listening to our requirements. Very helpful staff.

A great welcome at the store by Zoe who made sure that we were constantly looked after to ensure we got the best customer service. Also Zoë's colleague made us a great cup of coffee.

We were very impressed with the level of service given by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. We were given time to look around on our own and offered a hot drink and didn't feel pressurised at all.

I was impressed by the selection in the store. The store was clean and tidy and the sales assistant was incredibly helpful.

The advisor was very good. He took the time to go through all varieties of mattresses. Allowed us time to browse and was ready to answer any questions or help further when needed.
