Felt very comfortable, got on with the sales team very well, had a good laugh whilst in the store, they even made the wife a cuppa, very good understanding of the products, Darren from the Sittingbourne branch real nice knowledgable bloke a credit to the company.

I had originally looked online for the type of bed that I wanted and then went in store to have a look at it before purchasing. On looking at the bed in store I found that it was not quite what I wanted, but the bed next to it that was on clearance as ex display was perfect. Very glad to have gone instore

On arrival we we’re greeted by Darren, he was helpful and professional from the beginning, smart in appearance and very knowledgeable, he explained everything about the mattresses and what each one was and left us to decide what we wanted, no pressure was put on us to purchase the mattress, we we’re offered drinks while we were looking and on arrival, we would highly recommend them to anyone.

I HATE BEING HASSLED BY SHOP STAFF BUT I WAS ABLE TO LOK ROUND AND WHEN WE I NEEDED TO ASK QUESTIONS THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS ABLE TO ANSWER THEM.
