Tom who helped us purchase our bed from dreams was very knowledgeable and helpful. We have not got the bed yet but can not wait to get it . Looking forward to sleeping on our new mattress. This will be our second purchase from you, there is nothing wrong with the first bed we just needed a higher base, make it easier to get out of bed . You acually adhere to what your advert say. Also we were giving a freebee 4 pillows worth 70.00 and I love a freebee, also we were offered tea or coffee. I will always use dreams when I want a new mattress or bed.

We were impressed by the help the staff member gave us and the experience of using the equipment to confirm the type of mattress which would suit us and suggest which firmness colour band to look at.

We went in looking for a new bed, with a limited budget, the assistant was very helpful in showing us what we could get for our money.

The member of staff helped us to choose a bed that would be best for us, he gave us as much information as we needed and spent time making sure we were comfortable with our decision. He also spent time helping us to choose the correct carpet in a near by store allowing us to borrow a sample of the headboard and base colour.

Customer service was excellent
