I’ve been looking online for the best cost effective option for my king size mattress. I was looking for quality and economy. I popped in to the Dreams store and thought it would be a good idea to compare prices with the online options. I never thought that I would find the best cost effective product during my visit to the store. I found the perfect mattress which was on sale that day, offered at a price significantly more competitive than the online options. I decided to buy immediately once I learned that I could have a 9 months period to complete payment at no additional cost

Very good sales people in store. Talked through everything with us and allowed us to use sleep machine. Very kind and helpful with all questions.

Kerry was a lovely lady at your Rotherham store we only popped in for a look around .we have a 12 year old adjustamatic bed from Dreams but it's a bit knackered, so kerry put us on the machine to find our ideL mattress.....as I have spinal problems and ostiarthritis so we tried out some beds and omg the pain had gone the mattress just got my back and we'll eased it ....kerry said I could lay there for a while she would make us a tea or coffee bless her we just had some water...... thank you, my partner asked for the bed I was on so we walked out with a £3770.00 bed we did try fir finance but it was taking too long so my son paid for it for us, I've never spent that much on a bed n pillows before but hopefully after 16 years of sleeping upright in bed I will finally be able to lay flat again...thank you so much h Dreams and kerry who knew so much about her job and what's best for the customer she was brilliant from start to finish ....we have to wait till the 2nd June to get our bed I really can't wait...thank you so much
