Dreams - Rugby

Emma was really helpful during our visit to Dreams in Rugby Junction 1. We went in twice after deciding which bed we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble.

The service i received from all members of staff that was in the store was second to none. I was made to feel a valued customer and was asked if I would like a drink. Everything was dealt with in a very professional way and I would not hesitate to return for any future items I may require.,

Was socially greeted by Greg after we had a quick browse and offered a sleep match and after we chatted about the type of mattress we were after, and were offered a drink we tried the couple of choices we had, we tried again with different pillows and were stuck between the 2. We talked about cost and different options with no pressure, so after checking our finances we popped back in a couple of days later and tried the medium and soft mattress with pillows. We both agreed on the same one so went ahead and ordered with new pillows as well. Thanks Greg hopefully we will sleep well for now on in comfort with no disturbances.

I needed a replacement mattress quickly,the lady was knowledgeable and had a great knowledge of the best quality i could obtain for my budget. The purchase process was quick and efficient. A Very productive visit.

Michelle at the rugby branch made us feel completely at ease. Made the whole process fun, considering we were putting it off.

Very efficient and friendly

A helpful assistant who was clearly very knowledgable, understood our requirements and advised us in a friendly manner. A wide variety of quality stock from which to choose and a pleasing awareness of the need for health and safety. The offer of a cup of tea was well received! We never felt under any pressure and were given all the time and information necessary to make our decision.

Emma was friendly and helpful. She offered us the chance to try out the mattress machine, which was fun. We were shown a wide variety of beds and mattresses and these were honed down as we communicated our wants and needs. The ones we settled on were perfect for us and we are very happy. Hopefully, after they've arrived and we've slept on them a few weeks, we'll still feel happy! Thank you for your help, Emma.
