I had looked online at various places but went in store to see and feel mattresses. Michelle has a great knowledge of all of the mattresses, was very helpful and told me about the mattress machine which I used. It was all made so easy compared to the hours of online scrolling I had been doing! She sorted me out with a bed, mattress, mattress protector, pillows, and even my mum picked up a nice new pillow which she loves

Staff super friendly, good price. As previously stated no disabled access so not satisfied about that

easy to book an apt online beforehand. From the moment we entered the store, all the staff were very friendly and welcoming without being overbearing and pushy. Matthew the store manager served us and he was extremely helpful knowledgeable and went over and above to ensure our needs were accommodated. He had a new staff member shadowing him who was very friendly and Matthew was very good at explaining everything to her. The whole experience was positive, straightforward and felt very customer focused - thank you to all in the Rugby store we will definitely be returning and recommending to family and friends

Liked the bed “simulator” slightly strange but out of the way enough to relax and embrace the experience, staff identified what we wanted quickly and gave us plenty of variables that once we had a chat about them we purchased when we hope and believe will bring us many years of happy sleep

The assistant answered all of our questions, she was very friendly, polite, professional, gave us all the time we needed, did not put any pressure on us to make the purchase. We were 100% satisfied.
