Very helpful young man called Dominic who tried very hard to answer my questions

Got given some really useful information and the comparison with different products

We found the Reigate branch before travelling to the shop to make sure they had stock. It was a pleasant change from normality to actually be able to speak to somebody who was in store rather than someone in a call centre. The lady on the phone was knowledgeable and helpful and when we visited the store later that day we were able to select an item which was suitable quite quickly with assistance from staff. The colleagues are a credit to the company.

The sales assistant was friendly and responded well to questions and requirements. She assisted in showing the different quality beds and helping make a decision.

Staff took time to understand my requirements and budget and identified suitable products to try.

We visited twice. Both times the staff were very friendly and helpful. The made the task of choosing a mattress easy. We did the virtual sleep position scanner. Which was helpful.

Rachel was very attentive and knowledgable. We felt she understood our needs and help us select the best mattress for us.

Rachelwas friendly and very helpful but did not put us under pressure regarding specific products or the time taken to make a decision. Kerryn was also very helpful on our follow-up visit to the store, and very efficiently handled the ordering process, The mattress is not scheduled for delivery yet but so far we are happy with our choice. It is useful to know that there is an option to change to a different mattress for a few weeks after purchase if we are not happy with the original one.

Rachel had excellent knowledge of the products and was extremely helpful, informative & friendly.

Item still available after making a decision last time and the product hadn't gone up in price.. Delivery time suitable for me and quick service
