My wife and I were in a rush. We walked in was greeted immediately and your employee was very helpful and knowledgable. She listened to our needs and showed us around. We easily managed to find what we wanted then she helped us buy it and organise delivery. All in all I think we were in there for 20 minutes maximum which meant I had time for an Itsu on the way home (made me very happy)

I was highly satisfied with Ollie who served me. He seemed very knowledgeable and was very helpful and polite. I tried the sleepmatch bed, this turned out to be very helpful also. Ollie helped with The pillow I chose. He never tried to push me to buy anything I didn’t want. Another assistant made me a cup of tea and even that was very good. I never felt rushed or a nuisance .

I came to the store to order an identical Mattress that I purchased @ 10 years ago from you. Thus I knew what I wanted. And I was able to purchase what I wanted.

Sam at the Reading store in Whitley was fab, he showed and advised us on the mattress that would fit our needs, when the sleep computer did not get it right he did and showed he knew more about a persons needs than a computer can tell you. Purchased a mattress in record time and went above and beyond to be helpful.

Gentleman is the store went above and beyond to assist me in getting the matress that I wanted as it was unsure of when it could be delivered. Call back exactly when he said he was going to and couldn’t be any nicer to deal with. Would highly recommend Steven in the Reading store

The assistant was very helpful explaining the different options after I explained what I wanted. Delivery date is good as looking online previously other companies delivery times were much longer. Store was clean & tidy with sanitiser available at entrance

I was met by Oliie in Reading (Rose Kiln Lane)store and no pressure but a helpful and pleasant 'Hello, I'm here if you need me'. Great start as I don't want to be badgered soon as I walk through the door. He advised me that there was a diagnostic bed machine if I wanted to try it to give me more ideas of what I needed in the way of a mattress. Ollie then went on to show me what was best for me, but no hard sell, just great knowledge on all products shown. He was polite, professional, friendly and knowledge throughout and gave me the best customer service I've had in a long time from ANY shop visited. I actually had to tell him and his Manager (Steve) of this fact as it's so unusual in today's world. There was no hard pressured sell, just a wonderful experience and although I didn't go out to purchase a new mattress as was just 'looking for ideas', I did actually buy one because of the experience in store. Delivery is prompt and offer of assistance of taking it to my bedroom and removing my old mattress to recycle all ticks more boxes. Thank you and hope Ollie gets recognised for the polite, superb sales person he is. Well Done.
