Dreams - Reading

Ollie served us and was absolutely brilliant with how he dealt with us. We had two young kids with us and he spent a lot of time with us going through the different options, he gave his opinions and was very knowledgeable when pointing us to the next mattress for us to consider. He was incredibly knowledgeable and up to speed with all of the products and he was so friendly and understanding with us and our kids. He gave us time every now and then to have a break so that we could deal with the kids. Absolutely awesome.

Because before buying I checked the website then when we arrived at the shop the staff was friendly and helped with all our needs.

Claire showed me how to use the machine you lie down on and it suggested 2 beds and Claire showed me to them, upstairs in the shop...and the second bed the machine suggested (a Tempur memory foam one) was absolutely perfect! Claire also suggested a mattress topper which would have slipped my mind, so that was useful! Also the nominated delivery day option was very useful. I was in and out of the shop in no time whatsoever, one very happy customer! Job done :)

Showed us what mattresses suited us and offered water whilst we chose

Claire our associate was very friendly the moment we walked in the door. She introduced herself but then let us browse round the store. She then came back over to see if we needed any help and she was very knowledgeable about the products and checked on lead times for us. She made us a cup of tea as we were in the store for quite some time. We finally picked out the frame and mattress that we wanted and also picked out pillows and a quilt to go with it. Claire and the rest of the staff in the store were very friendly and we would definitely recommend this store to friends and family and we will definitely be back for our future needs. The lady who helped us choose our mattress was outstanding. She left us alone when we needed it but promptly came to our aid when she could sense we needed help. We were dreading the process of buying a new mattress but the whole experience was a real pleasure - including a great cup of tea while taking us through the order process ! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dreams Reading to our friends and family !

Georgia the assistant who helped went out of her way to help. Extremely knowledgeable about the products and had full knowledge of online products too. Georgia should be applauded for her work, knowledge, team spirit

Our initial visit we had no idea but Claire was very helpful , friendly and knowledgable. She helped us make a decision, contacted the head office to check if our request could be accommodated and called us back to let us know the outcome. Sadly we couldn’t have our first choice but we went back in and saw another colleague who helped us with our final choice.
