The reason i am highly satisfied with dreams is because we went to one of your competitors put a deposit down told it would be delivered 6 weeks time that didn't happen went back to the store complained then told me another 6 weeks to wait!!!! nah went to your house in Reading delt with sam who was absolutely brilliant buy the way 4 days till we get our new mattress well done sam well dreams.

Greeted upon arrival. Explained what we were looking for and showed the perfect product. Friendly but not pushy assistance.

Really satisfied with your service, Sam in Reading gave us best choice and explained everything we needed to know.. couldn't imagine I'll be understood when even I didn't know how to explain what I need! At the end decided to get the Tempur Very firm seems to be the best choice! Thank you Dreams! Thank you Sam! Will definitely recommend to all my friends and family!

We were given detailed description about Type of Mattress which we should select. This helped us select the right Mattress for us. Also they recommended us for A trundel bed which was a nice experience. Store Manager gave us discount since we bought multoiple stuff all together. We are buying a new home and we managed to purchase beds for both of our bedrooms

I was looking for a single bed and a decent mattress for guests and the store had just what I needed at a reasonable price.

Sam was very helpful showing us where the bed we were looking for was and demonstrating how is worked.

Georgia and Steven helped us with our purchase (new mattress) on our visit. Both were amazing and have high knowledge of the products in store. We felt really looked after and valued as a customer. Both are an asset to Dreams

When we arrived the sales assistant was friendly but not pushy. We asked what we wanted and she suggested some items to look at and then walked away allowing us time for us to look feel touch the items and was on hand for questions when needed promptly. We didn’t feel pressured at any point which was nice and we made a purchase of a bed, mattress , bed sheets, mattress insurance & pillows when we only wanted a bed on arrival. We felt very satisfied with the purchase and liked the way we were treated. I think we spent nearly an hour at the store which is unusual. Now just waiting to receive our order and I’m sure that will be just as professional.

I was greeted when I entered the store and was served straight away. I said which model I was interested in and was shown where it was. I was offered a pillow to try lying down on the mattress.
