Generally very good took less than half an hour to choose and order and delivery in just over a week

The sales assistant Claire listen to our needs and showed us the products that met our needs.

No one acknowledged us when walking in but we also didn't want a sales pitch. We'd popped in on an off chance and to start what we thought would be an arduous and difficult task! Oliver could tell that we were reviewing mattresses, offered his service and whilst we initially weren't interested in talking to a sales person he pointed out a couple of things 'in case we'd missed it'. We asked a couple of questions and then he advised on options and pricing and left us to review. Unfortunately he was caught up with another customer and we could not see him but had to get back home and couldn't wait (we hadn't planned to buy a mattress on that day). We weren't able to go back on the Sunday, but as he had done such a great job without a hard sell, we wanted the commission to go to him rather than just order the mattress online. I then called on the Monday, spoke to Oliver and mentioned why we hadn't purchased online and that we wanted the commission to go to him for the great service he'd provided. If more places had 'Oliver's' then I'd probably by more instore than online!

Claire was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, offered advice and guidance at an appropriate level for us to understand, and helped us to test all the suitable products on offer. Her patience and friendly nature made us feel at ease, and we felt comfortable to take the time we needed to make the right decision. We really appreciate not being hurried through the process.

Service was outstanding and they understood exactly what we were after. Friendly staff such a pleasure to shop there !

Product was in stock at a fair price, service was very good.

Scientific method for selecting a mattress which was good as it narrowed down the selection. Large selection of mattresses to look at.

The sales person, Sam, was very knowledgeable and helpful When we needed to amend the order the Reading store team were very helpful

Shop assistant was really helpful and friendly without being pushy, good selection of mattresses, competitive prices.
