Very friendly, helpful service. We were not rushed or pressurised into a decision, we were able to spend ample time trying the various beds.

Greeted upon entering store .left alone to browse offered refreshments .was given assistance when asked .great price paid !!

Steve who assisted me at the Reading branch was so welcoming and lovely. He took the time to make sure I was happy before I made my decision, rather than pressuring me into anything. He was understanding and helpful, I was really appreciative of his help and patience!

Went into store on a Saturday afternoon got assistance straight away selected the bed got 3 for 2 on bedside cabinets bargain !! Placed the order in and out of store within an hour great service

The staff were very attentive but not pushy. Given information about products and replacing mattress if not suitable. Offered a drink. Overall very efficient and a pleasant experience.

Wide selection of products. However the bedframe I was looking for being discontinued, Claire has checked the availability online for me so I could order it straightaway. All the other items I've ordered will be delivered in reasonable time frame. She's offered good price range selection of mattresses to choose from according to the sleeping survey's result.
