Georgia was really friendly and knowledgeable about the product I was interested in. She committed to checking daily to see if my item was in stock so we could arrange a delivery date for the future.

We were seen by Clair in the Reading store. Claire offered her assurance fairly quickly when we entered the store but was not over baring in her approach. She had a good knowledge of the products available and was patient with our inability to decide.

The assistant Steve was very knowledgeable, he gave us options and offered us the sleep station to give us precise recommendations of mattresses that were perfect for us.

Well done to Georgia at Rose Kiln Lane branch! Took time to LISTEN to my fathers needs (he is 89). Showed us relevant products - just enough choice - avoided confusing over information. He had time to try the products, discuss and think about his major purchase

Steve the store manager was very welcoming. He didn’t pressure us but simply provided us pillows to test out the beds and explained in detail what the different foot colours meant for what mattress types were. He was very kind and joking when we asked for some help with our decision, and made us feel valuable customers even when we were putting our order through. We might the right selection of out mattress and are incredibly happy with our order!

Staff were extremely helpful and given plenty of advice but didnt feel pressurized to buy anything. I gathered information and returned to the shop a couple of weeks later to order the product. Very happy with the shop and assistance. Hoping it willb e the same standard for delivery and assembly of my new sofabed.

I am a returning customer, earlier have purchased from this store in reading. we are shifting home, hence decided to buy more new beds, and were confident that this store is a place to go and we again had good experience this time too
