As soon I entered the store I was greeted by a staff member a young man very nice he helped me and partner find a new mattress and bed. We did test to find the perfect mattress and he was very helpful as my mask was to small and kept falling off my ears so he brought over a blue mask and offered water as it was quite warm in the store… I did find a complete bed frame and mattress. The young man was very informative on the payment plans they offer and deliver dat with a overall quote. He was very professional and understood my needs and requirements.

As the bed hasn't been delivered yet, we can't comment on that, but Sam, who helped us with the sale was great, very knowledgeable!

The member of the staff who took care of us was extremely nice and competent. He gave us some time to try multiple mattresses and was always available for any questions we had

friendly professional service, did not feel pressurised in any way and given plenty of time to make decisions on what to buy. Assistant was particularly welcoming and courteous towards our every needs.

The lady who helped me was really friendly, patient and took time to understand my demand. No forceful sale either - helpful for me not to be pressurised in any sort of way
