Samuel was very knowledgeable and looked after my elderly Mother very well while we were looking for a new mattress for her. So much so that I bought a bed and mattress myself. !! I was very pleased as at no point did we feel we were under any pressure to buy anything which makes the experience much more comfortable Thank you Samuel.

We were served by Sam at the Reading store, he was absolutely FANTASTIC! He was super knowledgeable, patient and friendly, we love our new mattress and couldn’t recommend the service we received highly enough. Big thank you 😊

Assistant was very polite, friendly and helpful.

I went in to get a replacement for a mattress that is no longer made. Claire helped me find the ideal match. The store was very clean and today and I was assisted straight away. I also got advice on pillows (which are much better than my old ones!).

The test bed seemed to target the most suitable products as we were able to select from those items. This probably avoided unnecessary distractions and was the type of item our on line research had pointed to. Interestingly there were no suggestions in the lower price bracket as all suggestions were over £1000 (mattress only).

The assistant was very friendly and extremely helpful and went out of her way to find out about items we asked for she didn't pressure us and gave us time to discuss what we were purchasing
