Dreams - Reading

Layout of shop wasn't too packed or cramped. Everything was clean and well labelled. Could immedialty identify where the firm mattresses were, which was what we were after.

The assistance given by Georgia the "Sleep Expert" at the Reading Store was excellent. She gave us a perfect balance of all the information assistance & guidance we required. The big plus for us was that was there was no sales pressure. Unlike a competitor who's sale assistant has telephoned me three times since our visit to their store.

The sales girl Georgia in your Reading store was excellent. Gave us lots of information but then gave us time to make a decision. Please let her know she has excellent customer service, extremely friendly too!!

The service we received was really good - the person who served us was very friendly and very knowledgable. However they were also very good at not pressuring us and giving us the time and space to make our decision

I always buy my beds from your store. It's value for the money. The beds are strong you don't have to worry when kids are jumping on it. That it will break.
