I was very impressed with the lady assistant who helped me choose my bed. (I am sorry but I did not take her name) but she was extremely helpful and made my visit to your store a pleasure. Thank you very much. I was impressed with the standard and price of the bed chosen by me.

Penny at Reading was friendly, cheerful, helpful and efficient.

The only problem I had was that I wasn’t told about the removal of my old mattress & at the time I didn’t think to ask. I phoned into store when I thought about it & was told you can only arrange it at the time of ordering so it was too late. I’ve now got to find a way to discard it myself.

Ollie was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable.

I checked ahead if the item I was looking for was in stock. As soon as we walked in, we were approached straight away with a smile. Sam showed us how to lift and close the bed correctly. He was very helpful.

The store was clean and well presented. The staff member was excellent in helping select a mattress suitable for my requirements. Sam was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The necessary individual protective factors and distancing measures were addressed immediately and adhered to at all times. I was extremely happy with the service I received and will definitely recommend Dreams to friends and family.

We used the mattress selector and it was very useful Assistant very knowledgeable and we were not rushed We are moving house and were able to book a forward date
