We were greeted when we walked in and asked if we needed any help, we said we were just looking and Ollie told us he was there if we needed any assistance. Which we then ended up needing, he was very helpful and took his time to understand what we wanted from our new bed and mattress and really helped us to find what we were looking for.

found what i wanted quickly, ordered quickly, delivery within a week. Overall highly satisfied.

The customer service that we received from Ollie was second to none. He was beyond helpful and knowledgeable about the products. He made us feel at ease and not rushed to make a decision. Steve was also really helpful and makes the best teas!
