The sales man "Sully" introduced himself and gave us brief info without constantly pestering us, he provided us with pillows and was on hand to give us info when needed and give us time alone to try out various beds.

Friendly staff, who gave us time to browse on initially entering the store, once it was established which type of bed we were looking for. We were offered tea and coffee. The features of our new bed were explained well, along with our agreement, trial period and delivery date. We will definitely visit this particular store if we have a future requirement.
