The friendly helper was on hand to answer every question we had and helped us to decide what we actually wanted

Offered a drink, small children were kept entertained by employee and given a book to look at, asked to do sleep assessment which gave us a better understanding of our needs

Bill was most attentive and had knowledge of the products on display. In addition he made us feel quite at home and offered refreshments during our visit. The order process was very effective and flexible in meeting our needs. It was very refreshing to find an assistant that gave us the attention and space to allow my wife and I to make our decision regarding Bedframe and Matteress. We would definitely recomend the Preston store to others. Great job.

The salesman knew what he was talking about and answered all our questions efficiently.There was no pressure on us to make our minds up quickly.

From the moment we walked into the store the manager Ian went pit of his way to look after us. Offering us water. We had a few questions and he was well knowledge in the answers he gave making the experience in the shop a pleasant one. There was no pressure and let my wife and myself check out the products and was always on hand when required. This is my ideal situation because I cannot stand over baring salesmen in your face. Ian and Carol were a perfect match in my style of shopping. I would highly recommend this shoo and staff to anyone.

Friendly staff we knew what we wanted having tried the mattress at our parents as they had just purchased and staff didn't attempt to change our choice offered extras such as protectors and pillows but not in a pushy way. Helpful and efficient in processing our order.
