I was looking for a mattress that I had previously bought,but it’s not made anymore sadly, but I was shown the one that had taken its place. Solly in the preston showroom was so polite and helpful and made my experience very pleasurable.

The assistant understood hat we needed and deal with our needs efficiently.

When we entered the store we were greeted, the assistant asked us exactly what we were looking for and tailored her advice to our needs. We were offered a drink whilst we browsed, and once we had made our choice the sales assistant took the time to sit us down and go through the entire order, making sure that everything was to our liking. Both staff members in the store were friendly and approachable, the shop was clean, and overall my husband and I had a very good experience. We would absolutely recommend this store to others!

we were not followed around the shop constantly and left to look at the products. Serene who was the assistant who helped us purchase the bed was very very helpful,she was extremely knowledgable on the products which is very rare these days and you should be proud that she works for you she most certainly is an asset. It was because of her friendliness we bought it.
