We thought that the assistant at the store, Serene, was polite, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the products available. She spent time with us and answered all questions that we had. She explained about the insurances fully and the delivery service. Would highly recommend her as ‘Employee of the Month’ or any other staff awards you have.

Staff were very helpful friendly and knowledgeable. The transaction was completed speedily but was not rushed.

I found the store very easily . I was helped by a gentleman called Ian to purchase a bed . He was very helpful and showed me several beds to try . I felt very comfortable with his assistance . He was very knowledgeable about the different types of levels of mattresses . Which helped me to choose the correct type of bed.In all I was very happy with the service I got today .
