I returned to your Preston store, after buying 2 beds earlier in the year, because of your employee, Solly. As I entered the store he greeted me and then remembered me from months ago. His product knowledge is excellent, and his service is amongst the best I have ever had.

My wife and I were served by Serene. It is a long time since we have met someone with such on depth knowledge on the product being sold. She has the rare quality of having the correct balance of professionalism and friendliness. We felt valued as customer and left the store knowing that our ourder was in good hands.

Shop assistance very helpful and knowledgeable. Found the bed we wanted after trying out all of them in store. Even got a free cup of coffee!

Nice friendly sales woman.knew want we wanted didnt try to sell us some think we didnt want.Over all a nice experiance on buying our matteras.

We were directed immediately to the items were were considering to buy. Combinations of various items(Mattresses and Bed sets). We never felt pressured into a sale and were given more than ample time alone to discuss various options.More cost effective options were also discussed with us.
