We spent a long time trying to decide between 2 different mattresses one a lot more expensive than the the other. At no point did the sales assistant try to sway our decision. She left us to make our mind up between the 2 in our own time. We actually ended up purchasing some rather expensive pillows which helped us decide on the mattress as this gave us the final comfort factor we were looking for.

Excellent customer service provided by assistant Serene. She was extremely knowledgeable about the variety of products on offer at Dreams and able to explain the difference between the mattresses and what may be right for us. She provided us with pillows similar to what we currently use and encouraged us to try the beds - which we found most useful. Her manner, product knowledge and understanding of our needs made this a very pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend Dreams Preston .

Ian showed me the different types of pillows on store as I was seeking one for my matress, beside a puvet as well. He was so friendly and allowed me to try how it felt to lay head on them. Will definetly come in the future to buy that water pillow.

Saw ian(321) and we think possibly store manager ... Unsure of his name sorry. We found both of them really helpful and gave us good advice when we were unsure of which mattress may be the most suitable for our needs. We were made to feel very welcome and served coffee as we were deciding. All in all a very helpful store .. We have shopped there previously and will continue to do so. Big thank you to both employees.

The salesman, Ian, went over and above to guide us through the range of beds and made the decision process very easy with his extensive product knowledge.

From the time I looked for what I had in mind to purchase, to the conclusion of the transaction, I felt no pressure, and was given plenty of time to make up my mind. Options for payment were good. Everything was carried out in a very professional manner, in a relaxed atmosphere.The result was that I had, overall, a pleasant shopping experience.
