The assistant Ian took the time to understand my needs and directed me to suitable mattresses for my condition (arthritis)

Ian and Mike were both great, they helped us make a good decision and gave us plenty of time to make the decision with no pressure. Ian was friendly and helpful, getting us drinks and explaining everything about mattresses, also knowing when to leave us alone and when to come over and have a talk. They were great with my children and polite, Mike helped me to the car with a few things which was most welcome. Ian even helped us stay within budget by suggesting getting sleigh style bed and avoiding the cost of a headboard. Overall very satisfied!

Colin the sales rep was really good and friendly, he spent time with us to find out what we wanted without the normal pushy sales patter. once bed and mattress was chosen got the manager to give us further discount as we had and have spend more then we intended

I was very satisfied with the overall experience of shopping at the Dreams store. The staff were friendly & the cup of coffee was a nice touch.

The gentleman that served us was most helpful he went above and beyond what was expected from him, even found out the time of next bus passing the store. We where given a hot drink as we had travelled some distance to reach the store.

The salesman Ian at the Preston branch was fantastic, he was so helpful and after explaining to him how urgent i needed a mattress he made a couple of calls to speed up delivery.

the shop workers were really friendly, offered us a drink a soon as we came in. They knew straight away what we were looking for. Quick, knowledgeable and friendly.

The salesman in the store was incredibly friendly and extremely helpful, without being pushy.
