Ian was so helpful and friendly, he gave us lots of advice on many different products as we were not sure what we wanted. He asked us questions which helped him to guide us to the right bed for us. He was not pushy and did not try to sell us anything out of our budget. He gave us excellent information on offers in store and even made us a cup of coffee. After having a very disappointing visit to Bensons for beds and sleepright it was such a pleasure shopping at Dreams. We will most definitely be recommending them to friends and will certainly be returning when we purchase our next bed or other related product. First rate customer service 10 out of 10. Thank You

Serene was the yang day who served us. She greeted us in a friendly welcoming manner. Advised as to the suitability of the product we were originally looking at and helped us make a more informed decision. No pressure was put on us to buy a more expensive product although we did so in the end. We were advised to try the lying on the mattresses prior to deciding on which one to purchase. We were told to try the position in which we slept at night as this was important for our comfort. We were offered a cup of coffee and totally put at ease. I would totally recommend Dreams to any of my family and friends and would recommend Serene to everyone who visit.
