JUST WANTED A NEW MATTRESS FOR OUR BED. THE SALESMAN WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND SHOWED US ALL POSSIBILITIES

On entering the store both myself and my wife where offered refreshments. The member of staff Ian. Was very knowledgeable and offered us the assistance of what we needed he helped us choose the right product to suit our needs

The Customer Assistants were respectful and really friendly. They helped me choose the perfect mattress and bed and answered all of my questions. They helped me to understand what would work best for me and make an informed decision when it came to choosing the rights products.

Ian was very helpful and friendly and made the whole visit a pleasant one.

Ian, the employee who assisted us was extremely helpful, he was friendly and really understood our needs. He showed us the range of products, had good knowledge of the products and helped us make our final choice of bed and mattress.

Was greeted at the door by serene, who listened to our needs and helped us to choose not only the bed with the correct mattress but also the pillows. We were offered a cup of tea and once we’d chosen we were introduced to Ian who offered us the option of the 0% interest deal and the 8year extended warranty of which we accepted on both. An overall 5* experience and very entertaining afternoon. Great team, very down to earth and great sense of humour.

I went to try and find the kind of bed I had experienced in the USA. I described the experience to the assistant who led me to the bed I needed and wanted. The sale was pain free, professional and delivery arranged promptly.

The saleswoman was extremely helpful with trying to understand my needs and point me in the right direction with great knowledge without making us feel pressured. Extremely please. And also went above and beyond.

We were looking for a headboard and found a wide range on display in the store. Staff were friendly and heplful but not pushy. We were undecided about colour so staff allowed us to tale the colour swatch home for a while. We were very impressed.
