the service we got from Ian and his manager was superb, they went out of their way to find us the product we were looking for and offered us a complete package. there was no force selling or ignorance in any of them. they offered us tea/coffee and gave us space to look and decide what we wanted. I even told my WhatsApp group about going to this specific Dreams Branch. thumbs up to the lads.

As soon as we stepped in Saarah gave us a quick hi and said she is here if needed and gave us the space to look around but kept close by, once she saw we looked interested in a bed she came and asked what we wanted, showed us a wide range of mattresses explaining that’s where we should start, she was very knowledgeable on the differences and was keen to hear our views on what we have now and what we want, she was able to find the perfect mattress for our needs, then we went to the beds again applying the same principles she helped us make a well informed fact based decision, it’s key to mention there was no forcing but she was key in giving us all the options and allowed us to make the decision. The finance and figures initially sorted by the manger whose name I can’t remeber but he has I assume his sons names tattooed, he was very helpful the same as saarah, she came back and finalised everything and it flowed well and we definitely left very happy customers without feeeling like we were forced to get the most expensive but felt like we’ve walked away with what we needed

At the Preston store, me and my partner were looking for a base for our new bed, Ian welcomed us straight away and offered us a drink and asked us what we were looking for, after explaining that we wanted a king size, ottoman style bed frame, he showed us what was in in store and that some beds came with different colours to choose from. Ian was very informative and also gave me and my partner a chance to talk. He also went through prices and showed us which frames were in the sale.

We very pleased with the help from Ian in store he was very polite and efficient, he made choosing what we wanted very easy, we had a coffee and time to look at all the products without any pressure, we came away with very happy with the whole experience and got exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend this store to anyone wanting beds or mattresses.
