I went to the Preston store to purchase a new bed and I was very impressed with the service that Serene and Mike (the manager) provided. They took the time to help me make the choice of bed that I made. And I was very happy and satisfied with the purchase.

We met two of your store staff - Ian on our first visit and Mike on our second. Both gentlemen were courteous, helpful and knowledgeable and both went through a variety of options with us to ensure that every aspect of our order met with our approval. Overall our experience was very satisfactory and the only reason we would hesitate to recommend your company to friends and family is our view that it is not our place to do this.

The staff was not pushy but was helpful when asked a question been to other bed story's information seemed to be to much trouble to answer.The lads in the branch couldn't do enough to get want we wanted.
