Dreams - Preston

I bought a bed a while back from Preston and came back to buy some bedding. I was very pleased to find it on clearance! Even though I came back for a smaller purchase I still received great service and was still offered a tea and I re tried the sleepmatch machine to double check that the mattress we purchased was right!

From the initial enquiry over the phone, to ask whether our specified mattress was in store, to leaving the shop, we couldn't have received better attention from Serene. She was polite, friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable. We never felt rushed or pressured and eventually we were able to make a well informed decision on our desired mattress. There was a huge saving too in the sale which made our mattress even better value for money. We would definitely recommend Dreams to anyone looking to buy a good quality product accompanied by excellent service.

Serene who served me was charming, knowledgeable, not at all pushy and gave me lots of time to try and retry suitable mattresses. She answered all my questions with a smile. It really was a highly satisfactory visit and I would certainly visit again and ask for her in person. What lovely staff you have.

The assistant was very helpful and clear and concise with his advice.

We were the first in the shop and were very well looked after. We were offered refreshments that was very unexpected. We were asked what we wanted and then given all the possible options without being bullied into buying. We went in for a mattress and came out with a bed, mattress, pillows, topper for bed and duvet. That's a sign of a good salesperson and we walked out happy. We will definitely go back as we are after two more beds. King size and bunkbeds. Omg the pillows are lush. I visited the Preston store and was greeted by Serene and Mike (the store manager), who graciously gave me the time to browse the store before assisting me with my purchase. I already knew which bed frame I wanted, but was confused by the choice of mattresses. Mike directed me towards a bed hooked up to a machine. He explained that this would recommend the best mattress for me based on my sleep position and body type. I was asked to lie on the bed and follow the instructions given on a monitor above the bed. The feeling was strange, but it directed me towards the most comfortable mattress I've ever purchased. The great service was continued by Serene who completed my order and finance. 5 star service!

The customer service was outstanding. Serene greeted us as soon as we entered the store and was friendly, accommodating but not at all pushy. She asked us what kind of product we were looking for and recommended mattresses that suited our requirements. She advised that we take our coats off and lie on the beds to ensure they were right for us. She even offered us a hot drink whilst we perused. When we still hadn’t quite found what we were looking but were certain we would rather purchase from this store/company than the one we’d visited previously, both Serene and her manager joined forces and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We were then given a cup of tea and some biscuits whilst we made our purchase. I can honestly say I do not think we have ever experienced such personalised yet efficient customer service. Both Serene and her manager were knowledgable about the products but neither took exception when we said that some of them were just not quite right for us. Instead they listened, understood and advised. Once Serene had showed us to a product, she left us alone to try it out and discuss it between us which made us feel relaxed and not at all pressured.

Ian at Preston was knowledgeable and helpful and also gave us time to chat different things over on our own. Very professional.
