There was no data regarding the weight bearing abilities of the bed. We were reassured by the steadiness of the bed. The salesman was really helpful and went through our options. We were going to buy fitted sheets that were an excellent offer but there were no white 100% cotton ones. We were able to buy the bed I'd seen on-line but had wanted to see directly. Thank You.

We were greeted by staff shortly after arriving at the store, we were asked if we would like assistance. we were given advice, without feeling pressurised. Serene was very helpful, friendly and efficient when talking us through the mattress experience machine and in placing our order. She offered us a drink a couple of times.
