My husband and I were so impressed with the manager and Serene the member of staff who helped us choose our bed at Preston branch. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was so well explained to us. We did not find any pressure to buy just helpful advice and when we choose the bed efficiency in completing the sale. Serene even put my phone number easier to refer to in future into my phone! The manager helped us with the accessories for the bed and everything was explained well. The delivery was by the two Daniels who worked as a team and were the most pleasant drivers that we have ever had deliver goods. 5 star rating to the whole Team including the texts we were sent concerning delivery. P.S. After one night's wonderful sleep we can certainly also highly recommend the bed too!

The store was quite but we were given a cup of tea while relaxing into choosing our bed. The staff were very welcoming and spent a lot of time with us. There was no pressure applied to us the whole experience was a dream.

I had searched the internet and decided on dreams so l phoned my nearest shop Preston spoke to a lovely lady called Sara she was so good l complimented her on her knowledge and manner over the phone she is a credit to your buisness.

Both Serene and Mike were extremelly professional and able to demonstrate products available including the adjustable bed frames that were in the store. Very impressed with the mattress selector system used to determine the optimum choice of mattress firmness and the time that Serene took to ensure that each of the mattresses that met our needs could be tested in store. Very friendly and put us both at ease, a nice afternoon at the Preston Dreams store from someone that doesn’t enjoy shopping. Well done!
