The dreams colleague (Serene) was very helpful and lovely to speak to. She made us feel very welcome and was part of the reason we purchased anything. The machine which helped us decide what mattress was most suited to us was really helpful and guided us to the correct mattress.

The assistant ,Serene, was excellent and paid attention to all our needs, even down to the coffee. We walked away very satisfied indeed.

The salesman, Ian, was fantastic. Very friendly, had great product knowledge and really couldn't do enough for us. We were very satisfied with his service and he is a credit to your company.

Serene greeted us at the door, she was very friendly and helpful. We were not sure what we were looking for but Serene helped us by introducing us to the sleep match machine. We were offered a drink and had every aspect explained to us to find the perfect bed. I truly feel as if we were looked after to a personal level throughout the purchase experience

I bought a pillow besides this order at the time of my visit The staff, Mike and Serene in the Preston shop need a mention and recognition for what great customer experience they offer. They are very welcoming, I was instantly offered a cup of tea. I was helped to chose the pillow, with no pressure and no rush. I ended up choosing the best one available as a result. I have been to the shop before and had a similar positive experience. I will only be going there to buy beds and mattresses in future as the result of how lovely they are and how good your products are too.

I walked in, got a cheery hello, asked Serene for help and she stayed with me all the time. Walked out with my purchase half an hour later, no stress, very friendly, not overbearing, knowledgeable and curtious people . An absolute joy and would highly recommend this store.

we went to the preston store just to look at beds, the salesman Ian was very polite and made sure what our requirements were, he asked us if we would like to lie on a bed which mapped out our sleeping posture so he could identify what type of bed would suit us which gave a printout. he showed various types of beds which would suit us but also gave a pillow each to try on the different beds.what we liked was there was no hard sale.when we walked out we had bought a bed and a few various products
