We had seen a bed online and wanted to go in store to look. On passing the previous evening there were balloons on the railings outside the shop and we have an Autisic child who is terrified of then so it meant that only my partner could visit the next day when the store was open. He was extremely satisfied with the service and got shown an alternative bed similar to the one he had gone in to see and in fact this is the bed we ended up going for. My partner explained that we couldn't go as a couple to view the bed due to the balloons outside and that we would return today to view it together today. When we arrived at the store we noticed the balloons had been taken down (something which we hadn't asked to be done) which allowed us to go as a family as it's very important for our child. We spend so much of our lives dodging trigger points for our child, we thought that it was a very thoughtful thing to do from Mike.

Serene was very knowledgeable and helped us greatly, even making us a drink. We found the whole experience was greatly enhanced by the friendliness and knowledge of Serene

The service we was given was good

The salesman Ian was none pushy and encouraged us to ie on all the mattresses to get a better idea of the right product for us. This made us choosing the right product easier

The staff here were very helpful polite and offers us drinks and knowledgeable about the products they sell also looked for the best price for what we required.overall a good experience well done to your team.

I had know problem in finding a bed Michael was very helpful and explained in great detail about the mattresses and the benefits about having a good mattress which gave us a better idea on what we were looking for.

Appropriate amount of assistance from knowledgeable staff (given time to browse independently but also answered all questions asked) Staff handled computer system fault quickly and professionally

Entered the shop and was greeted by the salesman with a smile. He asked if we were ok and if we needed any help with anything. We explained we needed a new mattress. He explained about a new bed in store to find out our exact requirements. Once this was complete we were shown around a range of mattresses of all prices. No pressure was put on us to buy but each and every one thoroughly explained to us. Once we had chosen one we added a few extras that we wanted. These also weren’t pushed on to us. Sale was done quickly and everyone was happy

Ian was very helpful and could answer any questions we had and was happy to demonstrate and advise us.

I went to buy a bed that gentleman was exceedingly helpful offered me a drink and my daughter and showed me the options gave me the fors and against everything and help me do the order at the end overall extremely satisfied.
