Dreams - Preston

I visited your Preston store last year making purchases for my children and had an excellent experience throughout. So this year it is my turn for a new bed and mattress. The staff remembered me from last year and were welcoming and friendly. This time though I was served by a lady I hadn't met previously, but she was very friendly, knowledgable and did not rush or push any sales. She listened and acted on my requirements. I also had the opportunity to use the specialist bed that advised what type of mattress to buy. This I think is a very useful device and Serene made me feel comfortable using it. I have already recommended others to also go to Dreams.

Both Ian and Mike Helped so got knowledge from both guys, explained everything clear, answered any questions I had and showed me lots of choice.

IAN at the preston store was very helpful in choosing the right matress for my bad back and was so impressed with the matress decided to then order a bed base and also some very comfy pillows. very impressed with the quality of service couldnt praise them enough. Looking forward to my bed coming now in a couple of weeks. THANKYOU

Customer service by saarah was excellent. She was very friendly and highly knowledgeable. We were also offered tea and coffee upon arrival which was a lovely personal touch. All products were at a high standard and the machine that helped match us to our perfect mattress was something never experienced before in other shops and has helped us find or dream mattress. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Will be definitely recommending to family and friends.
