There was only one person in the shop and he was friendly and knowledgeable about the products.

Mike the store manager was extremely helpful, friendly and did not rush us at all. He talked us through different options. We managed to order everything we wanted and for the same day we get the keys to our new house which is perfect.

The customer assistant showed us to the new bed technology right away and found us the perfect mattress suited to our needs. The service was top notch and good knowledge of the products.

We had purchased a double mattress in 2016 which we absolutely loved. In 2018 we purchased a superking bed and didnt like the mattress supplied with it. We went back to Dreams with our original receipt and were shown the exact same mattress from 2016 which we purchased immediately... and it was half price in the sale... Highly Satisifed! :-)

Ian whom served and assisted us took time to understand what we were looking for yet was not at all pushy with his sales approach. When a salesman is too pushy this puts me off buying a product. With the quality of the service that was provided I will be recommending Dreams and Ian to any individuals that are looking for a new bed or mattress.

No pressure to make a purchase, given options to choose from and offered good recommedations
