Went in store , was asked if needed help, but I wanted to look myself, was left to do so, which I liked, and when I needed assistance it was there, even had a tickly cough and was offered water, brilliant

I walked into the store knowing I wanted and Ottoman double bed. I walked out of the store knowing exactly the kind of bed that is made for me. The lady who helped me was so lovely and helpful. Offered me brews, gave me advice on what sounded like what I wanted which turned out to be exactly what I wanted as I had no idea myself. I think her name is Selene and she has amazing customer service skills

the machine to assess our sleep needs was very good and Ian who assisted us was very knowledgeable and really helpful. i will shop with Dreams again in the future.

I was highly satisfied mainly because of the stores staff the chap was super helpful without being to pushy didn’t bother or pull a face when we decided to change our minds it was he that actually made us purchase our bed from your store 10 out of 10 for his assistance

Serene and Mike were attentive, we made use of the automated mattress checker machine (can't remember the name!) as suggested by Serene, and it certainly helped us choose the right mattress!

Serene, the lady who assisted me and with whom I placed my order was super understanding and friendly. She made me more excited for my new bed than I already was! Really easy process and got exactly what I wanted for exactly the right price.
