We were greeted quickly and the help that was given was excellent.The gentleman knew a great deal and gave us lots of advice.

Good, quick service. Was in and out and they were very helpful.

I was looking for a double divan bed with headboard, nothing too expensive and was recommended the actual bed I'd liked the look of online. The assistant recommended sliders which were ideal for me too. Very friendly also

Our salesman was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We arrived at the end of the day but nothing was too much trouble .

Ian was friendly and helpful, he even made me a cup of coffee. He understood my budget but didn’t treat me any different despite not being able to afford top end. He took time to take me through the options and make me feel at ease and happy with my purchase.

The salesman was extremely helpful and provided good advice on products which met our stated needs. He was quick and efficient and didn't in anyway try to do a hard sell'

I was very pleased with the salesman Ian, he took his time in explaining the difference in mattress's he did the measurement on the special bed that said what posture type I needed, he also showed me the tempur pillow & what a difference it made. he went through the different ranges & types of frames and explained the combinations you can. I was very pleased with the visit & this was what prompted me to purchase a new frame.

Greeting on arrival, Serene remembered us from our previous visit. Staff were all friendly and able to answer any questions and advise, just a really good atmopshere and experience all round

The service we received was very professional and we did not feel rushed to make a purchase in any way. All the members of staff were accommodating and friendly in their approach. Overall we was extremely satisfied with the service we received
