Very friendly welcome from Serene and Mike. All aspects of the visit were of a high standard. We have dealt with Dreams Preston previously and have always been satisfied. Serene went to great lengths to ensure everything was explained to my Dad. She was very informative of the products and completed the sale in a professional manner.
