Ian was a lovely gentleman and not pushy whatsoever. We felt at ease in his company, and he was very attentive to our needs.

Ian was immensely helpful and friendly. He was very patient with my questions and also my indecisiveness. At no point did I feel like he was pushing a sale, it only felt like he was there to help. I was also very happy with the value of the products and the time scale quoted for delivery.
