Saara was very knowledgeable about the products and able to reassure me my bed guard rails would fit with the product because it had a solid base under the mattress

Ian was very friendly and helpful. We used the Sleepmatch machine, were offered a brew then Ian and colleagues even stayed with us beyond closing time to complete the order.

When we entered the Dreams store on North Road Preston, we were greeted by Serene who was both professional and friendly. She listened to us and took time with us. She set up the Sleepmatch machine, then went to make us a lovely cup of coffee. She went above and beyond for us. Thank you Serene

Ian and his colleague were very friendly and helpful without being pushy. Ian welcomed us and offered us coffee and advice then gave us plenty of time to look around by ourselves whilst also being readily available when needed. This was the first store we looked around and we left to look at others as planned. We were thanked for our visit and invited to return which we did after looking around elsewhere. On returning we were made to feel very welcome and Ian and his colleague remembered our requirements and we're very helpful in enabling us to finalise our decision.
