We had previously purchased a Dreams' mattress online & found the quality to be excellent. Visiting the store in Preston was wonderful because we found the same quality but with truly exceptional customer care. We arrived late as the store was closing but we were greeted with the comment 'Don't worry, we aren't closing yet. There's plenty of time so you don't need to rush. We just want to bring the signs in out of the rain'. We felt so welcome. We were given the space & time to look around & it wasn't until we couldn't find what we wanted that Mike & Ian offered assistance. There was no pressure at all. Ian & Mike were so knowledgeable and really took their time to explain why they had ceased stocking some items & they pointed us to what they had available. They explained in great detail how those items might possibly meet our needs & not only did we come away with items that were better & less expensive than we had planned for but we also came away having learnt about bedding. We were offered coffee/ tea & treated so amicably in such beautiful surroundings that I can honestly say that shopping at Dreams in Preston was a life affirming experience (and we are very critical people),
