Ian (and Mike) was very helpful. He explained everything clearly and offered us drinks (including for mum who came in with us). Very patient and did all we could ask - including helping us with a SleepMatch. Thank you Ian.

Very friendly staff. Nothing was to much trouble. Given plenty of time to view and test the products. Didn’t feel rushed. Any questions I asked about the products were fully explained by the staff. Would definitely go back.

Ian and Serene were extremely helpful and knowledgeable - especially Ian who dealt with us on both Saturday and Sunday and placed the order for us. We never felt rushed or pressured which we have found in some other bed stores. Ian knew everything there was to know about beds and helped us find the right mattress for us as we were slightly overwhelmed by the number of different types. We fell in love with the Deacon and were extremely happy that it could be delivered before Christmas at such short notice. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received and would definitely use Dreams and Preston again in the future.
