The staff were very friendly and helpful with a good selection of mattresses, As we spent quite a while making our minds up .Their knowledge of all the different sort of mattresses was very good ,we could not fault anything about our visit and we would recommend to everyone.

A lovely young sales lady asked us what we were looking for, we told her she showed us a range we tried them and picked the one we wanted and she sorted everything out for us she was very helpful.

1 The sleep match is excellent. 2 Range of products. 3 Knowledgeable and helpful staff 4 No hardsell very easy to browse without the sales person on my back. They leave to you to try out the products with ease. 5 Always greeted and asked if we would like refreshments. 6 Get to try out different pillows as well. 7 I am a difficult person to please but your staff really do get it right at every visit - I usually tend to look for Ian who is really great.

Friendly service. Got what I wanted

Ian greeted me when I entered the store. He enquired what I was looking for, listened to my requirements and then suggested we start with the slerpmatch. From there he showed me the various recommendations. He gave me a pillow to use whilst trying the mattresses. He was knowledgable and answered all the queries I had. He also gave me a drink. Excellent service.

Everything went very smooth from ordering to delivery.

Was greeted straight away by the freindly staff .they showed us the new sleep and match , was escorted around the store and explained about different matresses, and there firmness, As thats what we where looking for .veiwed more online and was able to choose the one we wanted quickly. We were offerd refreshments and Ian and Mike where very helpful and made our visit a pleasure to shop there .

The store assistant that dealt with us as well as her colleagues were fantastic. The product knowledge was great and we got exactly what we wanted. We have been to other stores and the service was sub par and we ended up at dreams again.

when we arrived we were greeted by a young woman called serene. she was very helpful and polite and made us a coffee while we looked around. she was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to help find us what we needed. we used the mattress sleep test which i found amazing as when serene showed us to the mattress it identified for us, it felt like the one straight away! she wasnt at all pushy and showed us many options and variations available and basically left us to relax as long as we needed to get a feel for the beds. although we spent a lot of money, i feel we have got a good quality bed and mattress, but also the peace of mind that we have future support from a friendly team if ever we should need it. we literally popped into the store for a look round on the way to visit family and i feel we definitely picked the right store. we walked away feeling very happy and relieved at how easy and hassle free the experience was, and also the fact we have got value for money and feel excited for our new bed to arrive. the flexible finance option was also a big winner for us as with it being just after christmas, it gives us however long we need to settle the balance
