Staff were excellent. I believe the chap at the Preston store was called Mike, great service thank you. Our young girls were playing up as bed shopping isnt the most exciting thing for them, however the staff were very patient and freindly making us feel comfortable and unworried about or children's behaviour. Thanks!

Ian was very helpful and knowledgable about the products and helped us choose the perfect mattress. I particuarly liked the Sleepmatch which helped us look at the right type of mattress for us

Very Knowledgeable salesperson. Understood exactly what we were looking for and showed us the items that narrowed our search for the perfect items. From beginning to end the salesperson answered all our questions including some more obscure questions about the makeup of the mattresses.

Ian was very welcoming. ...he listened to our needs and requirements.....offered us a drink on arrival and handled the deal very professionally....we are very pleased with our purchase as he didn't rush us at all and didn't push us to buy either

Entering dreams was very welcoming had great assistance in finding the right kind of beds for my kids and pillows can not fault my experience also while had to wait a few moments hot and cold beverages was offered while we waited process for ordering was very straight forward

Staff were helpull and friendly without being pushy. Aimed to get the right deal for us, not the most expensive one.

We were greeted by Serene when we entered the shop who asked if she could help us. She was very nice making suggestions when we said what we were looking for. She showed us several options we could choose from and showed us the best way to try the beds using the bed machine to find out our sleeping positions, well being etc. There was a lot of choice with the mattresses and Serene told us what the difference was between each one and the different choices we had when it came to colours, draws etc. She wasn't pushy and gave us plenty of space and time making us feel relaxed and we left knowing we had made the choices we wanted with her expert help. She even offered us a drink whilst we were choosing.
