Good friendly service, took time to understand what I was looking for and gave very good impartial advice.

Very pleased with the service Mick and Ian gave, they where very knowledgeable about the products and where very helpful regarding the 5 year warranty as well as other products like pillows and duvets. Choice in store was good, and was good staff could offer competitive prices.

I found the young lady who helped us chose our matress and bedframe to be very knowledgeable. She was very friendly and approachable.

We were given the opportunity to use the machine which helps decide the best mattress for our needs. The young man, Mike, who is the Manager, was more than helpful. We've never had the opportunity to check the mattress type which is particularly good for us. Once this was decided we were shown various mattresses within the parameters set by the machine and within our price range by a young lady called Serene. It was a very east matter to decide on the bed we required and we were left to try both mattresses we had decided on without feeling that we were being hassled and were there for us immediately we asked for help. Will definitely return for further requirements and I have already recommended Dreams in North Road, Preston to my friends who have been looking for a new bed.

Serene was very helpful and understanding of my dads problems as he is 83 years old.

From walking in the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. She listened to what I was looking for and were able to find me the perfect bed frame that suited my needs perfectly! They were also lovely to my 6 year old, asking him what he thought and even let him show them his wrestling moves! Great customer service and the price is the cheapest I could find while keeping quality of workmanship at its best!

Serene, the sales assistant at North Road Preston made our purchase extremely easy. She was knowledgable and extremely friendly. We went with an idea of what we needed and she guided us to our products in an informed and non pressured manner

Ian greeted us in entry, conducted a sleep test so knew exactly what we were looking for We were offered a drink and a refill once those had been finished He showed us different beds and mattresses and gave us pillows to try with the way we slept
