Friendly and helpful staff with advise and no pressure on a sale

On entering the store we were grated by a very friendly salesman, who listened to our request, and specific needs, we tried out the computerised comfort bed, the we were shown all the mattresses suitable for both myself and husband.

Serene was very helpful, she wasn’t pushy like some sales people often are, she was friendly and approachable. She gave us plenty of time to make our decision whilst being easily available to answer our questions. This significantly impacted and improved our visit and our decision to purchase in store rather than online.

Ian was very approachable and knowledgable regarding mattresses. He advised us to use the dreams mattress technology and also showed us what was on offer online as well as in the shop. He also recommended us trying out the different pillows for firmness. Overall a good experience buying a mattress and pillows and will return in the future when we buy a bed for our new house. Before I went in the shop, I wasn’t expecting much, however I was very pleasantly surprised. Serene who served me was brilliant from start to finish, She listened to what I wanted and used the machine to analyse and then selected me some beds to try. A little extra which was really nice was that she took my coat and bag and scarf so that I was able to lie on the bed’s without hassle. I honestly had not intended buying a bed from dreams, I went in for a quick look and was on my way to another store. However I was so impressed with everything that I made a decision to purchase a bed and felt very very happy with the whole process. I can’t wait to get my bed and try it. Thank you so much for excellent customer service.

The helpful assistant

The quality of service my Wife & I received when visiting Dreams was first class. The staff (Serene) was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We were greeted on arrival, but never felt like we were under any pressure to make a purchase. Drinks were provided (much appreciated). We used the 'sleepmatch' machine to help us decide on the best and most comfortable bed. Pillows to our liking were also purchased to compliment our new bed.
