I walked in, I knew what I wanted, a quality bed and mattress. As a previous customer I knew I would get this from Dreams. I had a brief look around but couldn't see many if any single beds. I walked to the staff desks and was greeted my a friendly assistant called Ian who after explaining to him what I was looking for took me straight over to the automatic machine to determine my ideal mattress. Ian asked me a few questions and I lay on the device not totally convinced it would work! After a few minutes it had said a Medium Firm mattress was what I needed, Ian took me over to a Flaxby Natural Fibre, I already said I didn't want a memory foam but natural. He invited me to lie on the bed...it was sublime! I did try a couple of others afterwards but they didn't compare, my mind was already made up. It was a bit pricey for a single but oh what comfort! However I didn't know it was going to take 4 weeks to order so nearly left the shop, I really needed the bed sooner. Within a few minutes Ian rang the rep and managed to shave a week off the delivery! I was so impressed I proceeded to order the bed.

Serene was fantastic in the way she approached us when we entered the store. Recommended trying the Sleepmatch and excellently described the process. Following this we were given several options based on the results and we discussed them at length, during all of this Serene was amazing with her customer service

I knew what product I was interested in but had a quick browse first. After a short while I was approached by the store manager who spent a lot of time with me going through my options and talking through what was on offer. He was fill of detail and had a good knowledge. He even moved some bedside cabinets new to the bed I was buying so I could decide on style and colour

We found what we wanted online and went in the store to ask about it. We were shown the bed and asked how many drawers we wanted. They explained we could have sliders instead which are a lot better for us and solved our storage solution a lot better. We asked for a date for delivery about was available. All the staff wherever pleasant and helpful.

I was just happy the moment I stepped inside the shop but I did know exactly what I was looking for which certainly helped. I was immediately given assistance with assessment of the right mattress for me and my husband and then shown suitable mattresses. I paid a second visit and bought the original mattress I found the most comfortable.

Serene the Sales Person was first rate - Excellent product knowledge, Very good interpersonal skill, courteous and polite. A credit to your company.
